A graduate of Le cordon Bleu in culinary arts, his passion for cooking and different cuisines has taken him to work and stage at some of the most prestigious restaurants and pastry shops in the United States. He describes his cooking as modern, and always exploring fusions between his Latin American background and different cuisines of the world.
